Eric Georges is an ENSIC engineer, Master of Science and Postgrade Diploma in Physical chemistry.

Eric worked for ONERA (French Aerospace Lab) for 23 years, as a researcher, then in charge of Research teams and Major Projects (propulsion, optronics and radars), and as the Strategic and Objectives Project Manager and as a special advisor to the President.

He then specialised in drones, ground and surface robots within SURVEY Copter Group, now a subsidiary of AIRBUS Group, specialised in the design and production of mini-UAVs.

Simon Hoayek started his career as a security officer, then in 1999 launched his own company, BYBLOS specialised in security.

His company gathered momentum before experiencing a lightening growth which is continuoustly increasing today.

The Group driving values are client respect, social and societal, ethics conveyed by modern and agile governance. BYBLOS is also a socially engaged group, awarded ” best employer 2016” by Capital.

Since 2017, BYBLOS group has entered in the French TOP 10 security companies with more than 2000 employees.
